Breaking Ice
The iceberg on the vast white plain riverside in the winter, emerged at the Nestaweya River Trial at Forks, also a warming hut for skaters, skiers, and pedestrians. From the appearance, the warming color is an eye-catching element in the winter, what a fabulous color to cheer up people walking by it! Even at a far distance, the warming color is like a landmark for those who are curious about it.
Case Study - Eames House
This residence is also part of the Case Study Houses project, started in 1945 by Arts & Architecture magazine. The residence chosen for this work is the "Eames House" (Case Study House No. 8), designed by Charles and Ray Eames. This is very important in the modern style and innovates in the use of industrial materials, steel, glass and prefabricated panels, in addition to fully integrating into the environment in which it is located.
Case Study - The Glass House
The Assignment aims to create a detailed digital Sketchup model of a residence belonging to the Case Study Houses program, started in 1945 by Arts & Architecture magazine. The residence chosen for this assignment is "The Glass House", designed by architect Philip Johnson. This house uses a lot of glass, which integrates the interior with the exterior, reflecting the modernist style with simplicity and lightness.
Chair Design Competition
The goal is to design a chair for a design competition involving 20th century architects. The chair chosen was the Wiggle Side Chair, designed by Frank Gehry, which is part of his 1972 "Easy Edges" furniture series. The materials used are corrugated cardboard, and the side elements are made of a pressed natural fiber sheet. Wiggle Side chair is not only comfortable, but also durable and robust.
Inn Sphere - Space Re-imagined
The "Inn Sphere" installation is an architectural proposal that transforms the Minto Hall space, inside the ACCE building, into an experience of relaxation and disconnection. The spherical structure is composed of a translucent membrane combined with structural elements in wood. Its central mechanism allows the space to adapt, accommodating from 2 to 6 people comfortably seated. The adjustable configurations offer different degrees of privacy, and can be fully open or closed.
